Pamela Lee joined Swift, Currie, McGhee & Hiers, LLP, in 2008 and practices in the firm's civil litigation and liability section. Ms. Lee received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law in 2006. Ms. Lee received her undergraduate degree from The College of William and Mary in 2003. While at William and Mary, she majored in Government with a minor in International Relations.

Ms. Lee's practice focuses on general litigation with an emphasis on premises liability. She also represents and advises the insurance industry on insurance coverage disputes and in bad faith litigation. She has represented clients at all levels of the state court system in Georgia and has represented clients in all federal courts in Georgia, including the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and has represented clients throughout the Southeast.

She is also an active member of the Georgia Defense Lawyer's Association where she is the current Treasurer, former Secretary, and former Chair of the Younger Lawyers Committee. Ms. Lee serves on the Steering Committees for both the Trial Tactics Committee and the Retail & Hospitality Committee, and is the Chair of the Trial Skills and Damages Seminar for 2022, having served as Vice Chair for 2020 and 2021.
