Neil H. Dishman is an associate in the Chicago office of Jackson Lewis LLP, a national law firm representing management exclusively in workplace law and related litigation. Mr. Dishman helps employers prevent and resolve disputes with employees by providing advice before litigation ensues. When litigation is unavoidable, he defends employers before federal and state courts and administrative agencies.

Mr. Dishman earned his Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Hanover College, and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. Prior to joining Jackson Lewis, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Roger B. Cosbey, U.S. Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
