Taylor Poncz is a partner at Drew Eckl Farnham, LLP in Atlanta, Georgia, where she has spent the last 15 years focusing her practice exclusively in the defense of Workers’ Compensation claims for employers, insurers and self-insurers throughout the state of Georgia. She serves clients of all sizes across many industries, with particular experience in Construction, Food & beverage, City and County government, Manufacturing plants, Universities and Healthcare. Taylor is also a Mediator, helping injured workers and employer/insurers resolve Workers' Compensation claims. Taylor is an active member of DRI, having held multiple leadership roles within the Women in the Law Committee. Most recently, Ms. Poncz became a co-host of a podcast called The Mother Board, where she and 4 other attorneys highlight and discuss the ups and downs of building their practices while building their families as well. Taylor lives with her husband and 3 sons, including a set of twins. She calls Atlanta home, but is a Tarheel born and bred.
