Tim is a partner at Skarzynski Marick & Black LLP. He concentrates his practice in the area of insurance coverage counseling and litigation. He represents insurers in courts across the country involving a broad range of insurance coverage issues. He has provided legal counsel and litigated coverage issues arising under primary, excess, and umbrella liability policies, including commercial general liability and professional liability policies. He has experience with wide variety of claims, including mass tort claims, RICO claims, TCPA claims, and construction related claims (including construction defect, additional insured, and subrogation issues).

Tim is the Vice Chair for the DRI Insurance Law Publications Committee.

During law school, Tim was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review and a Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society.
