Josh Webb practices with Hill Ward Henderson in the firm's litigation group in Tampa, Florida. Josh has a general practice focus in commercial litigation, representing clients in a variety of business disputes involving contract and tort claims. More specifically, Josh represents a number of individuals and firms in the defense of professional liability claims, including legal malpractice and director and officer liability. His practice also includes the representation of clients in real property litigation, including eminent domain proceedings and property tax challenges, as well as disputes over boundaries, title insurance, land use and zoning, and title issues.

In addition to his diverse litigation practice, Josh is actively involved with the Young Lawyers Committee and the Professional Liability Committee of the Defense Research Institute. He serves as an appointed member of the National Steering Committee for each group, including the leadership role of Program Chair for DRI's 2015 Young Lawyers Seminar. Josh is also dedicated to the work of The Florida Bar, serving as an appointed member of the Standing Committee on the Code and Rules of Evidence.

Outside the office, Josh enjoys playing golf, and spending time with family and friends. He is also an avid follower of the University of Florida athletics.
