Mr. McFarland’s over 30 year practice includes serving design professionals, representing corporate clients, and litigating business matters. His well rounded knowledge in both transactional law and litigation help him to represent his clients from boardroom to courtroom.

Mark has been appointed to the Legal Counsel Forum for the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC). He’s a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and serves on a variety of committees.

Originally from Effingham, Kansas, Mark graduated from Washburn University School of Law. He’s a member of the Knights of Columbus and an avid KU sports fan.
