Jason H. Casell focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, and related civil and administrative regulatory matters. Drawing from his significant experience defending clients in healthcare, mass torts, and products liability matters in state and federal courts across the country, he provides clients with strategic counsel that enables them to protect their businesses before misconduct violations occur. Additionally, Jason has experience representing companies in investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and numerous state agencies and regulators.

Jason is active in the Houston community and serves on the Board of Directors of Main Street Theater, which produces classic and contemporary plays for adults and literary-based theater and education programs for youth. He is also a Leadership Houston Class XXXV Fellow.
