Jen is an partner at Husch Blackwell LLP. Jen is a member of the firm's Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation team. She focuses her practice on the representation of businesses facing commercial issues and disputes. Her broad range of litigation experience includes: product liability defense, qui tam litigation, mass tort and toxic tort counseling, insurance litigation and contract disputes. Jen has litigated in state and federal courts across the country.

Ms. Dlugosz has experience with all aspects of discovery, including taking and defending depositions, briefing and arguing contested motions, and managing document review. Ms. Dlugosz has also successfully led several negotiation discussions and settlements.
