Member Bio

I focus on representing my firm's litigation clients. My work concerns the defense of product manufacturers and suppliers in personal injury litigation, as well as defense in Toxic Tort claims. In addition, I have provide advice, counsel and litigation defense for on matters involving warning label claims, organic labeling issues, and Proposition 65 claims.

On top of my litigation experience, I advise firm clients on their obligations to Medicare for medical expense reimbursement and assist in the drafting of settlement language in compliance with the Medicare Secondary Payer Act Of 2007, and have been involved in early assessment and strategy work related to California’s Proposition 37 and its mandatory labeling laws for food producers and distributors.

While attending the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, I served as the executive articles editor for the Hastings Law Journal, interned for the Honorable Katherine Feinstein and volunteered at the San Francisco Superior Court's self-help ACCESS Center.

Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, I taught, coached and coordinated service programs for Bellarmine College Preparatory High School in San Jose. I was awarded the 2005 Educator of the Year by San Jose Magazine.
