Twenty year Labor and Employment law attorney with broad experience in all aspects of employer/employee relationships, including drafting employment agreements, and employment manuals, providing supervisor and employee training, assisting employers in handling employee grievances and discrimination or anti-harassment complaints, managing terminations and reductions-in–force, and advising employers on the interaction of an employee's rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Workers' Compensation Act, and state and federal family and pregnancy leave laws. I regularly assist employers in responding to charges before the Bureau of Labor and Industries and the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission, and in defending lawsuits in state and federal court.

As one of the leaders of my firm’s Hospitality Law group, I provide advice and litigate issues specific to the hospitality industry, such as an innkeeper's duties owed to guests, tort law as it relates to the hospitality industry, a guest's rights to privacy, and employment issues.

I provide advice and speak widely on privacy and risk management issues related to social networking.
