Kimberly L. Beck practices in the Cincinnati, Ohio office of Ulmer & Berne LLP, where she is a member of the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Defense, Mass Tort, and Intellectual Property practice groups. Her practice focuses on the defense of pharmaceutical products. She also prosecutes trademarks. She has been listed as an Ohio Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2010, and she is AV rated by Martindale-Hubble.
Kim serves as the Chair of Counsel Meetings and Newsletter Editor for the DRI Drug and Medical Device Committee. She is also the Treatise Chair for the Product Liability Committee.
Kim is licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia.
