Diana Winfrey specializes in representing insurers in coverage and related matters, with an emphasis on construction matters and general liability claims.

Ms. Winfrey attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City, where she graduated in 1978 with a B.A. in Spanish, with departmental honors. She also received her J.D. at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1984. She is admitted to practice before all California State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, as well as the United States Supreme Court. She has practiced law continuously since 1984.
