Nicole Milos is a Chicago attorney with extensive litigation and insurance experience having litigated cases involving professional liability, construction, personal injury claims, commercial disputes and contract claims. Currently, her practice focuses on insurance law and compliance. Her skills extend to insurance coverage analysis, policy drafting, contract preparation and review, project management, corporate and compliance counsel, and emerging risk assessment. Her expertise extends to liability and property exposures, and insurance solutions.
Nicole Milos serves as the President of the Advisory Counsel for the Pro Bono Network, Executive Committee Member of the Illinois Association of Defense Trial Attorneys and member of DRI.
Nicole has been named the IDC Volunteer of the Year and was recognized for her many outstanding contributions including serving on the Board of Directors, serving on the Committee Structure Initiative (CSI), serving as chair of the Tort Law Committee, and helped to guide the creation of the IDC's publication, the Survey of Law and the IDC Practice Series.
