Mr. Marquez was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 2008. He received his Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from Eastern New Mexico University (2004) and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law (2008). During Law School, Mr. Marquez served as the Managing Editor for the New Mexico Law Review and was a student member of the H. Vearle Payne American Inn of Court (2007-2008). Mr. Marquez was also a member of the Law School's ABA Moot Court team.

Mr. Marquez represents a wide range of clients from local New Mexico businesses and individuals to large national and multi-national companies. He has extensive experience in federal court litigation as well as complex multi-jurisdictional proceedings. His civil litigation practice includes: torts/personal injury, products liability, professional malpractice, insurance coverage disputes, complex business & commercial litigation, railroad transactions and litigation, aviation litigation, property and real estate disputes, and premises liability matters.
