C. Thomas Ludden is the head of the appellate practice group at Lipson Neilson P.C. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Sixth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, the United States Court of Federal Claims and all federal and state courts in Michigan.
Mr. Ludden's published appellate decisions include Caperton v. A.T.
