I enjoy helping clients proactively protect their business and ensure the well-being of their employees through proactive legal work, such as updating employee handbooks and policies, offering employee training, or providing guidance on difficult employment situations. I also have experience conducting internal investigations, responding to charges of discrimination, and defending lawsuits in the employment law realm. In any litigated matter, my priority is to ensure the comfort and confidence of my clients during challenging moments.
