TRIAL-TESTED HEALTHCARE LITIGATOR:
I work closely with healthcare providers, insurers, and risk managers to defend claims of medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home negligence, and violations of resident’s rights. I represent clients in all stages of litigation – from assessing and resolving pre-litigation matters to post-trial advocacy.
MEDICAL REVIEW PANEL ACT CLAIMS:
I am a leading authority on Kentucky’s Medical Review Panel Act (KRS Ch. 216C), which went into effect on June 29, 2017. Pursuant to the “MRP Act,” any patient who wants to sue for medical malpractice must submit his case to a medical review panel for review on the merits before he can file a complaint in court. In addition to representing and advising providers in MRP Act claims, I also act as an Attorney Chairperson, facilitating and expediting the MRP process.
BRINGING YOU PEACE OF MIND:
I strive not only to achieve excellent outcomes but to minimize the distraction and stress of litigation so my clients can do their jobs, i.e., provide excellent care. I aim to resolve cases as quickly and discreetly as possible with minimal disruption of my clients’ reputations and busy schedules.
I am part of an experienced healthcare litigation team – comprised of dedicated attorneys, paralegals, secretaries, legal nurse consultants, and law clerks – that prides itself on eliminating the common frustrations of litigation. When working with our team, you can expect:
• Honest and thorough evaluations
• Timely reporting
• Round-the-clock support
• Consistent work product
