Mr. Gorman joined Jones, Skelton & Hochuli as an associate in 2011 and concentrates his practice on bad faith and professional liability. Mr. Gorman received his law degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University College of Law in 2011 and is admitted to practice in Arizona. Mr. Gorman received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Arizona State University, double-majoring in Geography and Political Science.

While serving as a law clerk at his current firm, Mr. Gorman co-authored "The Leaves are Full of Colors: Don't Get Black and Blue Over Bad Faith Setups," for the 2010 DRI Insurance Practice Symposium.

Mr. Gorman also has government experience, clerking at the Goodhue County Attorney's Office in Red Wing, Minnesota, serving as a judicial extern to the United States District Court of the District of Arizona, and serving the United States Senate in the personal officer of Senator Al Franken (Minnesota).
