Mr. Reese is a Member of Spears, Moore, Rebman & Williams, P.C. in Chattanooga, Tennessee. His primary focus is litigation in the areas of professional liability, transportation, construction, premises liability, products liability and workers' compensation.
Mr. Reese has represented a broad range of clients in various types of litigation. Generally, Mr. Reese has experience representing trucking companies on catastrophic collision cases; property owners (both residential and commercial) in premises liability cases; real estate agents and insurance agents in professional negligence cases; employers and insurance carriers in workers' compensation cases; and construction and architectural companies on large scale highway and land development projects.
