Helen Holden represents a variety of business clients in employment law and commercial disputes. She has over 20 years of experience practicing before state and federal courts and agencies, defending businesses in employment matters, including employment discrimination claims, wrongful discharge actions, and wage and hour litigation as well as in business litigation matters. She also advises clients regarding compliance with employment-related laws, and has extensive experience resolving contract disputes and workforce-related issues. Helen is also an experienced appellate lawyer, and frequently writes and speaks about employment law, commercial litigation, and appellate practice issues. Helen obtained her J.D. degree from the Arizona State University College of Law, where she was Symposium Editor for the Law Journal.
