Elizabeth "Liz" Moyo is a Partner in Porter Wright’s litigation department and chair of the product liability practice group. In addition to handling general commercial cases, Liz has represented manufacturers and suppliers of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, personal watercraft, component parts, personal care products, beverages, and dietary supplements in product defect and catastrophic injury cases.

As a member of DRI, Liz chairs the Automotive SLG of the Product Liability Committee. For the Commercial Litigation Committee, Liz wrote an article, Whirlpool and Sears: The Impact of Products Liability Class Actions on the Reinforced Commonality and Predominance Requirements of Rule 23, published in The Business Suit, Volume 16, Issue 11.
