Brian Leinhauser concentrates his practice in the areas of labor and employment matters and civil rights matters. His experience includes representing public and private entities in matters relating to labor relations, collective bargaining negotiations, personnel and human resources consultation, employment discrimination claims, and litigation matters.

Brian represents employers and individuals in discrimination and harassment cases, administrative agency complaints filed with state and federal agencies, employment contract disputes, employee benefits litigation, and FLSA collective actions. Brian represents private sector business in general consultation matters and represents municipalities and police officers in civil rights and other municipal liability matters.

Brian is an active member of the DRI Employment and Labor Law Committee and the Co-Liason for that Committee to the Annual Meeting Committee.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Brian studied as a Seminarian with the Order of Saint Augustine. Brian attended Duquesne University to continue his Masters studies in theology before entering the School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree and was an articles editor of the Duquesne Law Review. Brian is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
