As a Principal with the law firm of Franklin & Prokopik, Steve is dedicated to the practice of civil litigation by defending corporations and individuals in civil matters involving commercial transportation,products liability, premises liability, and commercial disputes. Steve is currently a member in good standing of the Maryland Bar and regularly tries cases in Maryland’s District and Circuit Courts as well as the federal District Court. Steve graduated from the West Virginia University College of Law, having also received a year-long fellowship to work for two Members of Parliament in London, England.
