Carolyn Riggs focuses her practice on product liability, drug and medical device liability, professional liability, asbestos/talc, and insurance defense litigation. Carolyn has represented clients in products claims involving a variety of drugs, medical devices, motor vehicles, cosmetic products, and mechanical equipment. Her insurance defense experience is diverse, ranging from premises liability to complex commercial litigation involving claims of breach of fiduciary duty, shareholder liability, and consumer protection violations. Carolyn attended Indiana University McKinney School of Law, and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
