Muliha is a partner at Zupkus & Angell, P.C. where she defends insurance companies and insureds in construction defect, bad faith, and bodily injury claims. As part of her insurance practice, Muliha focuses on bodily injury defense. She has had much success with these cases, recently prevailing in a jury trial in which she secured a defense verdict for her client.

Muliha also practices in the area of employment law, focusing on providing pre-litigation and litigation services. She is particularly interested in the impact of social media in the workplace and has lectured on this subject. Additionally, Muliha has significant appellate experience at all levels and has drafted briefs for the United States Supreme Court, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Colorado Court of Appeals.

Muliha graduated from Colorado College Cum Laude and with Distinction. She obtained her law degree from the University of Denver where she served as an editor for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy and participated in moot court, placing first in the Client Counseling competition. Prior to joining Zupkus & Angell in 2010, Muliha worked at one of Denver’s oldest law firms.

Muliha’s work and life experiences span four continents. Before moving to Colorado, she lived in the U.K., Libya, and Bangladesh. Muliha also volunteers in her spare time and was recently involved with the Colorado Joint Disaster Legal Services Task Force, a relief effort providing legal assistance to those affected by the September 2013 floods.
