Although Clint’s decision to join Lightfoot was based on many factors, one particular reason stood out above all others: Lightfoot attorneys solve problems. Working as a member of a team to solve problems is nothing new to Clint. A firm believer that there is no cookie-cutter approach to solving a problem, legal or otherwise, Clint’s top goals are to solve your legal problem as efficiently as possible and give you—the client—the best possible value for the services offered.
Clint joins the firm after earning his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While at Cumberland, Clint was a Caruther’s Fellow, Assistant Justice on the Moot Court Board, and served as the Executive Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, for which he authored a published comment advocating for increased privacy rights for jurors following high profile trials.
Prior to law school, Clint was an officer in the United States Army, obtaining his commission after graduating from the United States Military Academy at West Point with a degree in Systems Engineering. A veteran of multiple deployments to Iraq, he is proud to be a combat proven AH-64D Apache Longbow Attack Helicopter aviator. Clint also spent several years as an operations officer in the special operations community. His awards include a Bronze Star, an Air Medal, two Army Commendation Medals, the Combat Action Badge, the Army Aviator Badge, the Army Parachutist Badge, the Army Pathfinder Badge, and an United Arab Emirates Special Operations Command Parachutist Badge.
While Clint enjoys college football, Red Sox baseball, and even does not mind working on his wife’s ever-increasing list of home improvement projects, his truly passionate hobby is coaching high school football.
