Jennifer Naber primarily represents public and private employers in federal and state litigation involving employment-related matters, including claims of sexual harassment, race, gender and age discrimination, and civil rights and constitutional violations. She also has extensive experience in complex litigation of wage and hour claims. Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Ms. Naber was an attorney with the Corporation Counsel’s Office of the City of Chicago for eight years. While working for the City, Ms. Naber handled the City’s wage and hour matters, including representing the police and fire departments in major Fair Labor Standards Act cases. She obtained her Juris Doctorate Degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in January 1988. Ms. Naber is admitted to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the Northern District of Indiana, and the Trial Bar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Ms. Naber is included on the list of Illinois' Super Lawyers in the area of employment litigation published in Chicago Magazine (2010-2021).

Ms. Naber is a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
