Chad E. Wallace primarily practices in the areas of first-party insurance defense and labor and employment law. Mr. Wallace has significant experience representing insurers in defense of life, health, and disability matters and property and casualty matters, including bad faith and other extra-contractual claims. He is licensed in Tennessee and Kentucky, but has represented clients in numerous other federal and state courts across the United States.

Mr. Wallace advises businesses on employment-related and general business topics. He also has litigation and trial experience in other areas, including: breach of contract, non-competition covenants, and commercial real estate.
