Member Bio
I am a founding partner of the Washington, D.C. office of Tucker Ellis LLP, a Cleveland-based firm of more than 200 lawyers. My practice is devoted to intellectual property litigation, and my cases cover the entire realm of I.P. (patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets). I have litigated intellectual property matters in courts throughout the United States, including the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. I also handle trademark oppositions and cancellations before the Patent and Trademark Office's Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
I currently serve as the Equity, Diversity, & Inclusion Committee of my firm, and speak and write frequently on EDI issues as well as intellectual property.
