Since 2010, I have chaired the Privacy and Data Governance Group at Gill Ragon Owen. I help corporate clients assess their privacy strengths and weaknesses and assist them in maintaining robust data security and data controls through proper employee policies, contract documentation, and negotiations with vendors, such as cloud computing providers, internet service providers, and other third-parties.

In the event of a data breach, I defend clients' cyber-liability insurance claims and provide data breach response advice to assist clients in fulfilling their various data breach notification obligations.
