Kristi Wilcox Arth handles a wide variety of litigation and intellectual property matters for individuals, small and large companies, tax-exempt organizations, and governmental entities.

Kristi litigates cases in federal and state court involving trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, governmental tort liability, government contracts, negligence, employment issues, and shareholder disputes, among other issues.

Kristi also handles transactional issues related to clients’ intellectual property portfolios, including licensing deals; trademark prosecution before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board; international, federal, and state trademark applications and maintenance; copyright registrations; and website development and use agreements.

With a master’s degree in Arts Policy & Administration, Kristi understands the human resources and intellectual property issues that arise for both content creators and users. Because of this unique training and perspective, she can help clients craft creative legal solutions that work in a fast-changing environment.
