Member Bio
Tricia obtained a BA in Psychology from Temple University 2002 and her law degree from
Widener University School of Law in 2005.
During her third year of law school, Tricia was an intern with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office, where she handled preliminary hearings at the District Court throughout the County. Following her graduation from Widener, Tricia was hired as an Assistant District Attorney with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. While an Assistant District Attorney, Tricia successfully prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony cases.
Following her time at the District Attorney’s Office, Tricia joined Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt, LLC, where she defended physicians, hospital, nursing homes and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice lawsuits and general liability matters, gaining extensive experiences in all phases of the litigation process. Tricia joined The MacMain Law Group in May, 2013. At the MacMain Law Group Tricia represents individuals, public entities, businesses and insurers in insurance defense matters involving Section 1983 and 1981, employment discrimination and serve as general counsel for various municipal and educational institutions.
She has extensive trial experience as an assistant District Attorney for Chester County, and in her years with Naulty, Scaricamazza & McDevitt and The MacMain Law Group, LLC.
Tricia is licensed to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania, as well as before the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania and the 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals.
