Defense Wins
Member Bio
Ms. Regan is an associate at Harris Beach PLLC. She practices with the Mass Torts and Industry Wide Litigation Practice Group, as well as the Medical and Life Sciences Industry Team. Her practice focuses on the defense of complex product liability, commercial, and toxic tort disputes, with particular emphasis on high-exposure catastrophic injury and property damage claims against manufacturers of equipment, commercial, and consumer products. In addition, Ms. Regan routinely defends claims of asbestos, mold, and other chemical exposures. Ms. Regan also serves as a member of the defense team for the World Trade Center Disaster Site Litigation currently pending in the Southern District of New York.
Ms. Regan works hard to ensure the efficient handling of all aspects of litigation, from early settlement negotiations and mediation, to conducting aggressive motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation. In addition, she collaborates with expert witnesses to develop sophisticated scientific and state of the art defenses in preparation for trial.
Prior to joining Harris Beach, Ms. Regan became well-versed in crafting creative solutions to complex, multi-million dollar disputes through her representation of large companies in a wide array of product liability and commercial litigation in federal and state courts. She frequently defended clients in federal multi-district litigation, business and antitrust matters, and claims of employment discrimination.
During law school, Ms. Regan served as the Executive Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Law, Ethics, and Public Policy, and as the Vice President of the National Moot Court Team. Additionally, she completed a clerkship in the Office of Staff Counsel at the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
