As a person who uses a wheelchair for mobility, I use the Americans with Disabilities Act every day to navigate the world around me. However, I strongly believe that predatory plaintiffs have exploited the ADA for personal financial gain and not to actually gain access. These plaintiffs have perverted the intent of the ADA by filing hundreds of predatory lawsuits. I am passionate about assisting companies and public entities in becoming proactively compliant with access laws and, as a civil litigator, regularly defend against cases in both State and Federal Court.

Firm Information

Golden Law APC is a boutique law firm that represents businesses large and small throughout California on disability access-related matters in the built environment and in the digital environment, including websites. We regularly represent independently owned automotive repair shops against the Bureau of Automotive Repair investigations and disciplinary proceedings. We also represent and consult with employers in all aspects of employee-related matters and defend companies against employment-related claims.
