Eileen is a partner concentrating in general liability, construction liability, security liability, premises liability, and nursing home liability. Eileen has successfully defended private security companies, management corporations, building owners, general contractors, landowners, and long term care facilities. Eileen handles high exposure and complex litigation matters from inception through trial in all five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester County.

After earning her law degree Eileen worked for the New York City Law Department, Bronx Tort Division. As an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York, she handled all aspects of personal injury defense litigation, including trials in the Supreme Court, Bronx County.

Eileen has significant experience in defending Labor Law litigation in New York, and handles primarily high exposure and widely publicized cases in New York State, including but not limited to the Brighton Beach collapse cases. Additionally, she has completed the OSHA 10 safety course, and has lectured and written articles on Construction Litigation in New York.
