Member Bio

Katelyn E. Cutinello received her undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Cutinello then pursued her legal education at the Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg, PA. There, she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Internal Vice President for the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. Upon graduation, Ms. Cutinello was awarded the Advocacy Certificate at Widener University School of Law.

Ms. Cutinello served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Malachy E. Mannion, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Thereafter, she served as a legal intern with the Governor’s Office of General Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of State in the Hearing Examiner’s Office. As a legal intern for the Hearing Examiner’s office, Ms. Cutinello assisted in numerous professional licensure matters.

After graduating law school in 2010, Ms. Cutinello joined Bubb, Grogan & Cocca, LLP as an associate. She was named a partner in 2014 and her current practice areas include general litigation, medical malpractice, professional liability, automobile negligence, insurance coverage disputes and construction defect litigation.

Ms. Cutinello is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
