chip white is an experienced litigator, having made consumer financial services his focus at two av-rated law firms and currently at a large finance company. he has represented clients in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, administrative tribunals, mediations, and arbitrations.

before entering private practice, chip served as a law clerk to the honorable william b. shubb of the united states district court, eastern district of california.

while earning his law degree at the university of california, davis, chip competed in moot court and mock trial, was selected as a professor's research assistant, and was elected to the order of the coif and the order of barristers.

before law school, chip was a full-time legislative aide to a california state senator representing 900,000 constituents. chip's background in politics provides an additional dimension to the counsel he provides to clients. not only does chip know how to apply the law, but he also understands how government works and what approaches may be most effective with each client's particular situation.

chip practiced in california before moving to his wife's home state of south carolina.
