Jean is an experienced Maryland licensed attorney with a roll-up-the-sleeves attitude and a holistic solutions-driven approach. Coupled with a unique background in both the private and public sectors, with comprehensive expertise in complex compliance, risk management initiatives, contract negotiation, and strategic communications. Her varied experience has equipped her with a keen ability and expertise to identify, assess risks, and develop risk responses that mitigate threats and capitalize on opportunities.
Jean is also a nationally recognized blogger and author on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance and claims management.
Jean earned a Bachelor of Arts from Goucher College and a Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
