Garrett Greene defends medical device and pharmaceutical manufacturers in complex product liability litigation. He has considerable experience in both written and oral advocacy as well as writing legal briefs. Working in the criminal appeals division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas for nearly four years, Garrett litigated complex habeas corpus cases in U.S. district courts, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. He also handled numerous post-conviction habeas cases in state trial courts and in the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals. Garrett represented the State of Texas in numerous evidentiary hearings as both second and third chair.
