Nicole E. Crossey, a proud New Jersey native and first-generation attorney, specializes in commercial litigation. Her diverse practice encompasses complex business and contract disputes, insurance bad faith litigation, higher education law, class actions, data privacy and security law, and construction and real estate law. Nicole represents clients across the U.S. in federal and state courts, as well as in mediations, arbitrations, and SEC investigations. Her clients span various industries, including financial and investment companies, educational institutions, product manufacturers, and information technology companies.
Nicole earned her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and her B.A. from Widener University, both located in or around Philadelphia, a city she loves.
Nicole is dedicated to giving back to the community and mentoring the next generation of lawyers. An active bar leader, she is involved with the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Defense Research Institute (DRI). She serves on DRI’s Women in the Law Committee Steering Committee (2024-2025), Young Lawyers Committee Steering Committee (2023-2025), and Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Committee Liaison (2024-2025). Previously, she was the Vice Liaison for the Commercial Litigation Substantive Law Committee (2022-2024).
