Leads the company’s legal strategy and manages SFM’s public policy efforts, while overseeing the compliance team and in-house law firm (staff counsel). Brings over 15 years of private practice experience advising employers on complex employment law and workers' compensation matters, including investigations and litigation that involved the ADA, FMLA, and other discrimination disputes.
