Trial Tactics
The 2018 DRI Trial Tactics Seminar is focused on handling the large catastrophic case. Practitioners from around the country will speak on all phases of a case, from presuit investigations through closing arguments. Special emphasis will focus on pretrial publicity, jury selection, communicating with jurors, and setting a case up for appeal. Nationally recognized speakers will conduct a mock voir dire before a jury and a mock oral argument before a circuit court panel. In addition, the conference will include a golf outing at the National Golf Course in Las Vegas as well as superb dine arounds and numerous networking events. Portions of the seminar will be held in conjunction with the DRI Appellate Advocacy Seminar.
