DRI’s 2018 Product Liability Conference in America’s Finest City—San Diego!
This year’s conference will delve into a variety of pressing issues faced by clients and outside counsel in the regulatory, negotiation, and litigation environment. This year’s program includes presentations by six in-house counsel, the acting chair of the CPSC, a constitutional law professor, and numerous experienced counsel and industry experts. Offering up to 14.75 hours of CLE credit, this program will provide concrete practice pointers that you can use in your law practice to minimize liability before and during litigation.
