2021 Complex Coverage Forum

After the COVID-19 work-from-home marathon and necessary social distancing, DRI invites you to Columbus, Ohio, to network in person as we all get used to the “new normal” and get back to business. Our program will address cutting edge insurance coverage issues including those arising from sexual abuse claims in the wake of extended statutes of limitations, thorny trigger issues for property damage claims, permissive use in auto liability claims, and an update on the Restatement of Liability Coverage. A highlight of the program will be a presentation on claims arising out of COVID-19 and the various coverage claims policyholders are making. Don’t miss this chance to learn the latest on these topics and meet with other insurance coverage professionals.

The hotel block is limited, and rooms and rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must make reservations by October 14, 2021, to be eligible for the special group rate of $189.00 single/double. A small portions of your room rate offsets the costs of the seminar. If the room block capacity is reached on or before October 14, 2021, the DRI rate will not be guaranteed and may no longer be available.
