2021 Senior Living and Long Term Care Litigation Seminar

Join us for two great days of learning and networking for healthcare providers, defense attorneys, in-house counsel, claims specialists, insurance brokers, and other professionals involved in the defense of senior housing providers across the country. After a successful virtual event in 2020, this in-person seminar will provide attendees with up-to-date information on the status of COVID litigation, defense strategies and deep dives into the variety of care settings within the long-term care umbrella. With our panel counsel meetings, Women in the Law lunch, and our fundraiser for not-for-profit organizations supporting the elderly and disabled, there will be plenty of time to connect and collaborate. Hotel Information
A limited number of discounted hotel rooms have been made available at the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas, 3131 Las Vegas Blvd., South, Las Vegas, 89109. The hotel block is limited, and rooms and rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You must make reservations by September 10, 2021, to be eligible for the special group rate of $169.00 single/double (Sunday-Thursday) and $249.00 single/double (Friday-Saturday). There is a daily resort fee of $45.00. A small portions of your room rate offsets the costs of the seminar. If the room block capacity is reached on or before September 10, 2021, the DRI rate will not be guaranteed and may no longer be available.
