Societal Issues Facing Employers

Societal Issues Facing Employers

Employers have long faced issues of inequality in the workplace. The #MeToo movement, the #LoveWins campaign, and the #BLM push for racial justice all highlight that employers must make business decisions precipitated by quickly evolving legal and societal developments. This panel of in-house and outside counsel will provide practical tools for employers to minimize legal risk when faced with those decisions and discuss the challenges that underrepresented attorneys may face because of the changing legal and societal landscapes.

Registration is complimentary for DRI members. The non-member price is $100.
