Do you ever wonder how in the world other lawyers seem to draw in one new client after another? If so, you’re not alone. It’s never too early (or too late) to start thinking about business development. For some, business development comes easy, but others have no idea where to start. Hear from two resourceful, ambitious, and self-made lawyers about the steps they took to establish their unique brand, develop a marketing strategy aimed at attracting a specific type of client, attract and pitch to prospective clients, and keep new clients happy.

• The importance of business development in growing your own book of business; 
• How to develop a unique brand that will allow you to reach your target client base;
• How to successfully market to your prospective client base;
• How to pitch to and negotiate rates with a prospective client; and 
• How to keep new clients happy once they come to you for legal advice.

• Attorneys (young and old) who are looking for tips and strategies for establishing their personal brand to attract new business, marketing themselves to prospective clients, and closing the deal. 

The registration rate is $75 for DRI members and $150 for non-members.
